Agreement
By accessing or using https://teraplayer.online, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
TeraPlay resolves publicly shared TeraBox links and plays available streams in your browser through third-party sources and authorized resolver providers. We do not upload, host, store, or redistribute video files on our servers, and we cannot guarantee that any third-party link, stream, file, subtitle, thumbnail, or metadata is available, lawful, accurate, safe, or uninterrupted.
Regional availability
The service is primarily intended for India, Pakistan, and the broader Asia region. If you access the service from another country, you are responsible for complying with local law, platform rules, and any restrictions that apply to your use. We may restrict or block access from locations, networks, or users when required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use this type of service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. Email verification is required for registered accounts. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us about suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for abuse, security risk, legal compliance, false information, chargeback or billing issues if billing is added, or repeated valid copyright complaints.
Acceptable use
Paste only links you have the legal right to access and view. Do not use TeraPlay to infringe copyrights, evade access controls, distribute malware, harass others, expose private data, automate abusive traffic, scrape or reverse engineer protected areas, bypass quotas or bans, probe admin interfaces, interfere with the service, overload infrastructure, or violate third-party platform rules or applicable law.
Quotas and changes
Guest and registered tiers may have rolling play, download, rate-limit, or feature limits shown in the product or enforced by the system. We may change limits, plans, features, providers, resolver behavior, domains, or availability at any time to protect the service, comply with law, control costs, or improve reliability.
Intellectual property
TeraPlay, its interface, branding, code, and documentation are owned by or licensed to the operator. Third-party content remains owned by its respective owners. You may not copy, resell, frame, clone, or misuse the service or branding without permission. Rights holders may use our copyright notice process, and users must not use the service to infringe third-party rights.
Third-party content
Streams, files, subtitles, thumbnails, metadata, and source links come from third-party hosts or resolver providers. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, quality, legality, or removals. Links may fail, change, be rate-limited, or be removed upstream at any time.
Copyright enforcement
We may block, de-index, or disable resolution for canonical link hashes, accounts, guests, IP-derived identifiers, or other signals connected to copyright complaints, abuse, or legal risk. Submit copyright notices to dmca@teraplayer.online. We may forward notices, counter-notices, or related details to affected users, complainants, providers, or legal authorities where appropriate.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeraPlay and its operators, maintainers, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access; third-party content; upstream outages; or claims arising from your misuse of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeraPlay and its operators, maintainers, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your links, content, account activity, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time for Terms violations, security risk, legal risk, repeated copyright complaints, operational need, or discontinuation of the service. You may delete your account at any time from /account. Terms that by nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions, remain in effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator at its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless consumer-protection law requires another forum, disputes must be brought in courts with jurisdiction over the operator or the claim. Counsel should replace this section with the exact governing law and venue for the final operating entity.
