Policy
TeraPlay respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, and similar laws where applicable. Because TeraPlay resolves third-party links and does not host video files, our response is generally to disable resolution, block canonical link hashes, restrict accounts, or preserve records rather than remove files from third-party hosts.
Copyright notices
Send copyright or DMCA notices to dmca@teraplayer.online. Include your signature, the copyrighted work, the exact TeraPlay page or TeraBox share URL, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Our response
After receiving a complete notice, we may investigate, ask for more information, disable resolution, globally ban a canonical URL hash so the link stops resolving for all users on TeraPlay, restrict accounts, preserve records, or take other appropriate action. Removing or disabling content on third-party hosts such as TeraBox is outside our control; contact those hosts directly as needed.
Counter-notification
If you believe a link or account was disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@teraplayer.online. Include your signature, identification of what was disabled and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and phone number, and the consent-to-jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate users, accounts, guest identities, or access patterns that repeatedly trigger valid takedown notices or otherwise appear to be used for infringement. We may also block link hashes or related signals even when the affected content is hosted by a third party.
Misrepresentations
Knowingly submitting false claims may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
